SOUP COURSE:
~Traditional Miso soup with tufu, mushroom, and scallions
SALAD COURSE:
~Six leaf salad tossed with Mandarian oranges and red pepper, then topped with crispy noodles and a honey and sesame dressing
LAMB COURSE:
~Savory lamb brochettes are marinated in Yellow curry and served over coconut rice with mango pico
DUCK COURSE:
~Tender Duck is served with sautéed spinach and minced veggies…with savory Hoisin sauce
